A new browser window (or tab) is a separate top-level context with its own handle — a normal locator on the original page can't reach elements inside it until you switch. Each card's "how to switch" label shows the real code for that specific scenario. Note: these demos use genuine window.open() calls, so your browser's popup blocker may need to allow this site.
